With the Customer Analysis dashboard, you can easily track sales performance for each customer by comparing the sales for this year versus last year.

In this example from the Power BI dashboard, you’ll notice sales from Josbo Co. are down by €20k. Power BI lets us to drill through this customer and pinpoint which products are causing the sales drop.

After drilling into Josbo Co., the Customer Drillthrough lets us find the largest sales difference – Laptop Sleeve, down €15k from last year.



You can easily export your findings and share them with sales reps, ensuring they have productive conversations with customers about specific products.

Similar to Customer Analysis, the Product Analysis dashboard highlights overall product sales for this year versus last year.

Just like before we have a sales difference, -€70k for Laptop Sleeve. We can drill in, see which customers make up the drop, and share with sales reps to start the conversation.

Lastly, the Sales Rep dashboard brings everything together – combining customers and products into one clear view.



We can see our Sales rep John is down €70k from last year. You can focus on a rep by clicking their name to see their customers and products, easily comparing sales for this year versus the last.

You can easily customise each report with filters, or use it as a template for other Power BI dashboards, modifying it to suit your needs. You can also ask the Thrive Support Team to build a custom report for you.

How can I access the Power BI integration for Thrive?

Once you’ve requested access to the Power BI integration, our support team will begin setting it up and connecting your sales accounts in Thrive to Power BI. You will receive an email notifying you when the setup is complete.
