Is our data secure with Thrive Accounting?

Yes, at Thrive we understand the importance of security and our software is supported by a team of qualified cyber security technicians who ensure Thrive is using the most up-to-date secure system.

Thrive encrypts your confidential business information and replicates it in several locations online, meaning it’s safe, secure and available whenever you need it. Your information is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard data encryption. This ensures your data is protected and stored securely.

All our servers and data centres have 24/7 monitoring including vigorous physical security controls and online surveillance. We complete regular security audits and test our security systems to ensure any potential threats are identified and managed.

We use a layered approach to security by using multi-factor authentication (MFA). This adds an additional layer of security by checking that it is really you when you log in to Thrive by combining your username and password with an authentication app on your smartphone. This second layer of security is designed to prevent anyone but you from accessing your account even if they somehow know your password.

Can Thrive Accounting produce Intrastat and Vies reports?

Yes, as Thrive is a cloud-based software, your accountant can easily access the system from any location with a secure login. We also offer a free auditors license for your convenience.

Can you take data from my existing system and bring it into Thrive Accounting?

Yes, our onboarding team will follow a structured process when implementing Thrive for your business. As part of this process closing balances from your existing system can be exported and imported into Thrive.

How long does it take to set up the system?

The onboarding process depends on the number of users in your business and the complexity of the implementation.  You can speak to your sales team who can review current systems and advise on the time required to implement Thrive.
