Our 5 Step Onboarding Process
At Thrive, we understand how overwhelming changing to a new software system can be, but we’re here to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Our onboarding process is designed to get you up get up and running quickly and easily. We have designed a 5 Step onboarding process to guide you through every step of the process, from setting up your account to training and post go-live support.
Our aim is to ensure you have a positive experience and are able to make the most of your new accounting software.
Step 1: Business Process Review
We will begin by reviewing your team’s key business processes and specifying how these processes will be replicated and/or improved within Thrive.
Step 2: System Setup and Data Conversion
We import the relevant data from your current system, utilising ready-made templates from Excel or csv formats. We then ensure your settings, reports, processes, ledger settings etc. are aligned with the findings from the business process review.
Step 3: User Training
Your project manager will lead you through each business process in Thrive to ensure adequate functionality for go-live. We ensure both generic induction and back-office training is carried out along with bespoke training for individual users.
Step 4: Go-Live
Upon completion of the previous steps your company is setup on the live system. Your project manager will work with you to ensure any project operational issues are resolved. We will provide immediate access to our support team to ensure a seamless go-live for your team.
Step 5: Support
Once your site is live, we provide assistance for your team to ensure they are comfortable completing their daily tasks within Thrive. We then formally handover the project to Thrive Support where our dedicated team are on hand to answer any ongoing queries you may have.
